Now that the pool is open, Swim & Dive Team is starting!  We welcome all kids between the ages of 5 and 18, regardless of experience.  You can pick up a registration form at the front desk.
 
Dive Practice
 
Dive Team practice is scheduled between 4 and 6 pm every day so that your child can participate in both swim and dive team.

Seven Locks has maintained a strong dive team over many years, often winning the Championships of competitive divisions in Montgomery County.
 

2008 Dive Team Information!

Seven Locks welcomes you to another fun filled summer season in 2008.

Due to the team's strong performance in 2007, Seven Locks will again be competing in Division I in 2008.  Dive practice will begin after Memorial Day.  Practice is scheduled daily between 4:00 - 6:00 pm, starting May 27, so that your child can participate in both swim and dive teams.   This year the 8 and under age group will be scored and team points will be awarded.

Dual meets will be on Sundays at 5 p.m.

We always need parents to volunteer in a number of capacities in order to make the meets run smoothly.  If you are interested in judging, clinics are offered on by the Montgomery County Diving League.

2008 Dive Team Calendar

Following is the current schedule for dive practices, meets and the championships:

Practices

Starts after May 27.  Practices will be daily 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Judge's Clinics

Parents are encouraged to attend one of these clinics, as we are all needed to run the meets!

Dive Meets

Dive meets are scheduled for Sunday afternoons at 5:00PM during the season.   Following are the scheduled dual meets:

Sunday, June 15:  Practice Meet, Home vs. Rock Creek

Sunday, June 22:  Home vs. East Gate

Sunday, June 29:  Away @ Tanerra

Sunday,  July 6:  Away @ Flower Valley

Sunday, July 13:  Home vs. Mill Creek Town

Sunday, July 20:  Dive Divisionals

Wednesday, July 23:  MCDL All-Stars (12 & under)

Thursday, July 24:  MCDL All-Stars (13 & up)

 

Robin Hood Invitational Meet
This is an exceptionally FUN event open to all MCDL divers who are unable to attend the Divisional Championships. A Great Time!
